Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a custom equipment manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated
Manufacturing Project Manager to work in our offices located in Southampton, PA.
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of domestic and international projects on time and on budget, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals fo the organization.
Your duties will be to:
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Plan and implement projects to meet contract requirements
- Create schedule and project timeline using Microsoft Project or similar program
- Manage project budgets
- Identify project resources
- Track deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting successes and trouble spots
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 5 years as a project manager, manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills are required
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required
- Able to work with others to produce results in a professional, productive, cooperative environment
- Ability to participate in a creative professional exchange of ideas with peers and management
- PMP or other certification desired
