You will be joining ETC’s Testing and Simulation Systems (TSS) group, designing and manufacturing environmental simulation systems for the Automotive and HVAC industry.

Automotive Test Equipment

• Automotive Air Conditioning Systems Test Bench
• HVAC Component Calorimeters and Durability Test Stands
• Component Wind Tunnels
• Altitude Simulation Systems
• Conditional Air Supply Systems
• Sealed Housing For Evaporative Determination (SHED)
• Drive-In Vehicle Test Chambers
• Climatic Wind Tunnels
• Full Vehicle Corrosion Chambers

HVAC / Industrial Test Equipment

• Environmentally Controlled Chamber

• Airflow Measurement Tunnels

• Compressor and other subcomponent Calorimeter

• Balanced Ambient & Calibrated Calorimeters

   

  Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Piping/ducting layouts
• P&ID/Process schematics
• Structural and sheet metal design
• Proficient with AutoCAD version 2012-2016
• Basic understanding of electrical components and PLC control systems
• Self-motivated and can handle assignments with minimum guidance.

 

Desired Skills:

• HVAC background a plus
• Autodesk Inventor experience a plus
• Experience with steam, refrigeration and pneumatic system preferred
