Description
ETC is currently seeking a local, highly motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to work in our offices located in Southampton, PA. The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of domestic and international projects on time and on budget, while remaining aligned with strategy, committments and the goals of the organization.

Your duties will be to:
  • Help definite project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Plan and implement projects to meet contract requirements
  • Create schedule and project timeline using Microsoft Project or similar program
  • Manage project budgets, identify project resources and track deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting successes and trouble spots
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
The successful applicant will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a project manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment (custom equipment)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required. Also excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills are a must.
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work with others to produce results in a professional, productive and cooperative environment and participate in a creative exchange of ideas with your peers.
