ETC USA is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in Southampton, PA 18966.

About the role:

Maintains daily cash sheet, invoices customers, records payments to customers' accounts, maintains accounts receivable records, initiates and closes out all letters of credit, and reviews potential contracts from a financial perspective.

What you’ll do:

• Reviews potential contracts from a financial perspective (terms, letters of credit, insurance requirements, etc.)
• Government invoicing through WAWF
• Import and Export Letter of Credit – Application, Payment and Collection
• Prepares Daily cash report - Cash transaction reconciled to bank documents
• Processes daily credit card deposits

• Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks

• Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret financial documents.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization, customers, or service organizations.

• Knowledge of Shipment Regulations and compliance requirements; especially international.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exemplary work ethic.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with the WAWF system.

• Experience with international letters of credit.
