• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance is ideal.
• College or technical school in a trade field would be helpful, but applicable work experience would also be considered
• Must be able to do some lifting, climb ladders and have hand tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
