Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC US), a growing company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is looking for a local Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated candidate looking for an opportunity to join a successful and global company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials, products, and shipments within the warehouse. This position requires the operation of forklifts to move, load, and unload goods, as well as maintaining organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products and materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of all items to prevent damage.
• Organize and store inventory in an efficient and easily accessible manner.
• Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding handling of hazardous materials (if applicable).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or material handler, including forklift operation.
• Valid forklift experience operating different types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jacks).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
• Forklift maintenance knowledge.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse machinery safely.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• May be exposed to dust, noise, and other typical warehouse conditions.
