Description

The purpose of the Office Administrator for our Orlando, Florida office is to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and to provide administrative, sales, and marketing support. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones, screening and transferring calls as necessary

  • Maintain reception area

  • Greets visitors

  • Check mailbox daily

  • Receive and distribute packages

  • Maintain office supplies/ replenish as needed

  • Maintain Calendar of Events

  • Organize events for the office

  • Coordinate with property management regarding facility issues

  • Prepare customer user manuals

  • Prepare proposals as needed

  • Assist with marketing efforts

  • Sales database management

  • Any additional tasks as needed

 

Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Experience with ACT helpful but not necessary

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills

  • Operating knowledge of office equipment; copier/printer/fax, postage meter

  • Typing: 45wpm

Candidate must be US citizen or an otherwise lawful US resident
