The purpose of the Office Administrator for our Orlando, Florida office is to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and to provide administrative, sales, and marketing support. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones, screening and transferring calls as necessary
Maintain reception area
Greets visitors
Check mailbox daily
Receive and distribute packages
Maintain office supplies/ replenish as needed
Maintain Calendar of Events
Organize events for the office
Coordinate with property management regarding facility issues
Prepare customer user manuals
Prepare proposals as needed
Assist with marketing efforts
Sales database management
Any additional tasks as needed
Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with ACT helpful but not necessary
Strong customer service skills
Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
Operating knowledge of office equipment; copier/printer/fax, postage meter
Typing: 45wpm
Candidate must be US citizen or an otherwise lawful US resident
